This product is designed for use in three-phase, 50Hz power systems of up to 35kV, serving as the primary transformer equipment in medium and small substations. It is suitable for industrial and agricultural power distribution, as well as for power and lighting applications. Our company has integrated advanced technologies from both domestic and international sources, adopted new materials, and optimized the design to make the product more rational. As a result, the electrical strength, mechanical strength, and heat dissipation capabilities of the product have been significantly enhanced.
Product features
1. The high voltage winding is all multi-layer cylindrical structure, which improves the impact distribution of the winding.
2. The low-voltage windings with a capacity of 630~3150kVA are tubular or spiral, with high mechanical strength, balanced ampere distribution and strong short circuit resistance.
3. The body of the device is equipped with a positioning mechanism to prevent displacement during transportation. At the same time, all fasteners are fitted with locking nuts to ensure that the fasteners do not loosen during long-term operation, meeting the requirements of not lifting the core.
4. The core is made of high quality cold rolled grain oriented silicon steel sheet with full diagonal seam stacking. The transformer uses vacuum oil injection.
5. After degreasing, embroidery and phosphating treatment, the product surface is sprayed with primer and paint-free, which can meet the special requirements of metallurgy, petrochemical system and humid and dirty areas. The whole series of products are beautiful in appearance, small in volume, small installation area, and are ideal for maintenance free products.
