1.1 The capacity range is 100~2000kVA, suitable for the 10kV distribution network as a neutral point insulated system or a small resistance grounded system, while the 400V
system is a three-phase four-wire system with the neutral point directly grounded.
1.2 Strong set, reliable power supply, small size, light weight, low noise; has ring network and terminal cable outlet.
1.3 The use of this product makes the 10kV power grid into the load center, reduce line loss, improve the reliability of power supply, beautify the urban environment, suitable for urban network transformation.
2.Type and meaning
Product features
1. Compared with the "9" type transformer, the no-load loss of this product is reduced by 30.12%, and the annual operating cost is reduced by 20.03% on average. It has low noise and is an environmentally friendly product.
2. The transformer body, high-voltage load switch (or high-voltage load transfer switch), fuse, and non-excited tap changer are all housed in a fully sealed oil tank, which enhances space utilization. The transformer's volume is approximately one-third that of a combined substation (also known as Eurosub) of the same voltage level and capacity, and its weight is significantly reduced.
3. Plug-in cable head, easy and flexible operation.
4. The high and low pressure rooms are isolated and interlocked. The door of the high pressure room can be opened only after the door of the low pressure room is opened. The high voltage terminal is fully insulated and safe.
5. The full barrier protection mode with two levels of fuses (backup current limiting fuse and plug-in fuse) is safe, reliable, flexible operation and easy to replace the fuse.
6. The fuel tank is fully sealed, and the oil inside the tank is isolated from the outside. There is no leakage and no maintenance.
7. Strong ability to resist short circuit and high reliability.
Design feature
1. The ZGS11 combined transformer consists of a high and low voltage operating room and a transformer housing. Inside the operating room, there are high and low voltage terminals, load switches, non-excited tap changers, and handles for plug-in fuses, pressure relief valves, oil level gauges, and temperature gauges. Inside the transformer housing, there is the transformer body, high-voltage load switch, plug-in fuse, and backup current-limiting protection fuse.
2. The high voltage incoming line is connected to the load switch through 10kV cross linked cable, elbow connector, straight plug and bushing seat.
3. The high voltage side is protected by double fuses (i.e., backup current limiting protection fuse and plug-in fuse).
4. The high voltage load switch is easy to connect and reliable in power supply. It has terminal and ring network type, which can be flexibly converted.
5. The low-voltage room can be equipped with fixed or drawer-type low-voltage switchgear according to the user's needs. Various low-voltage electrical appliances and meteringand protection instruments can be configured as required. (Note: Generally, the user is responsible for the configuration).
6. The fuel tank is fully sealed structure, using corrugated sheet radiator, compact structure, beautiful appearance.
