Product Description
The ZGS-Z.F series modular transformers are designed to meet the growing power supply demands of wind power generation. Based on the company's existing 10KV modular transformers, these transformers incorporate advanced technologies from both domestic and international sources, tailored to meet local needs. The product integrates a transformer, load switch, and high-voltage fuse into the transformer's enclosure, using the transformer's insulating fluid as both the insulation and heat dissipation medium for the entire unit. This product is suitable for 50Hz, 35/0.69kV and 10/0.69kV wind power generation systems. The rated capacity of the transformer is 630~2000kVA, which is specially used for power supply and distribution in wind farms.
Use environmental conditions:
1. Elevation: ≤3000m;
2. The ambient temperature range is: -40ºC~+50ºC;
3. Temperature: the highest monthly average temperature +30ºC, the lowest annual average temperature +20ºC;
4. Relative humidity: daily average not greater than 95%, monthly average not greater than 90%
5. Seismic level: horizontal acceleration 0.4m/s2;
6. Installation environment: the surrounding air is not obviously polluted by corrosive and flammable gases, and there is no violent vibration at the
installation site.
